Beyond the PREP Act: Rebuilding Lawful Order Through Foundational Jurisprudence

With the PREP Act now exposed as a fraudulent tool of centralized governance—based on refuted scientific assumptions and in direct contradiction to Organic Law, Natural Law, and Trust Law—it is imperative that we turn our attention to structured solutions. This is not simply about regaining liberties; it is about reconstructing lawful society in alignment with enduring legal and ethical principles.

This article outlines strategic, lawful responses rooted in jurisdictional clarity and moral authority.

Step 1: Reestablish Organic Law as the Governing Framework

The Organic Laws of the united States of America are the lawful foundation of all American governance. These include:

• The Declaration of Independence
• The Articles of Confederation
• The Northwest Ordinance
• The Constitution for the united States of America (1787)

Action Points:

• Form local assemblies committed to education and application of Organic Law.
• Withdraw consent from statutes and regulations that conflict with these foundational documents.
• Assert the supremacy of due process and challenge illegitimate emergency powers.

Step 2: Reintegrate Natural Law Into Civil Society

Natural Law is innate, universal, and non-negotiable. It affirms:

• The sovereign autonomy of each living man and woman
• The inviolability of bodily integrity
• The inherent immorality of coercion, deception, and fraud

Action Points:

• Develop community standards grounded in Natural Law.
• Decline participation in coercive health mandates or biometric surveillance.
• Use affidavits to declare one’s lawful status and alignment with Natural Law.

Step 3: Reconstruct Trust Law With Integrity and Transparency

Public trust has been co-opted through fraud and obfuscation. Lawful Trust Law must reassert:

• Clear fiduciary duties 
  This refers to the legal and ethical obligations a trustee or fiduciary has to act in the best interest of the beneficiaries. These duties include loyalty, care, full accountability, and avoiding conflicts of interest. In the context of Trust Law, it ensures the trustee manages trust assets or decisions with integrity, transparency, and fidelity.
• Mandatory full disclosure
  This is the principle that all relevant information must be openly shared with the parties affected—especially the beneficiary of a trust. Withholding or concealing key facts, risks, or intentions would constitute fraud. In law, especially equity and trust law, full disclosure is a requirement to maintain lawful standing.\
• Equitable redress for injury
  This means that when harm or injury has occurred, the law must provide a fair and just remedy—not just procedural recourse. In equity law, this can include restitution, injunctions, or specific performance. The point is that the injured party must be made whole through lawful, meaningful action—not symbolic or administrative procedures.

Action Points:

• Establish pure private trusts to protect estates, families, and lawful enterprises.
• Exit public benefit systems when legally appropriate.
• Operate within private contract law and remedy jurisdictions.

Step 4: Exit the Fictional Corporate Overlay

Most people unwittingly operate within a statutory corporate framework that presumes consent to legal fictions. This overlay identifies the person as a corporate entity rather than a living being. The PREP Act—and similar statutes—apply primarily to this corporate persona unless rebutted by lawful action.

Recognizing this duality is the beginning of remedy.

• Correct legal status to reflect one’s standing as a living man or woman.
• Serve affidavits, notices, and bonds to declare non-consent to fictitious jurisdiction.
• Revoke and rescind participation in adhesion contracts (e.g., licenses, registrations).
